On the 3rd of August 2022, the YES-O President took the reins and called a crucial meeting from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., marking a significant step in the club's journey. This strategic gathering served as a preparatory session ahead of the official organization meeting with their esteemed adviser, Mrs. Geraldine Gobrin.

The meeting room buzzed with enthusiasm as all YES-O officers actively proposed their project ideas. Each officer brought forth their unique perspectives and innovative suggestions, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and collaboration.
